The success of our growers is as important. We work hard to build trust with our grower partners and to establish a bond that is beyond the produce trade. There is crop planning to do, packaging solutions to discuss, logistics challenges to solve, and many other things to brainstorm. We love chatting on the phone and getting updates from our growers, and when possible meeting in person for a good visit and a walk through the fields.
