ur owner Kris Otto started working in the HVAC industry in 1999. He worked his way through his apprenticeship gaining experience in Industrial, Commercial and residential HVAC as well as residential furnace replacements, AC installs and service work. Kris saw a need in the industry for a company focused on quality workmanship and good customer service. This well rounded work experience gave him the knowledge needed to branch off on his own.
