David Dolson was called to the bar in 1981; he is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and obtained his LL.B. in 1979, and his LL.M. in tax law in 1986. His practice is a small and personal one, and he looks forward to developing a long-term relationship with his clients.

Mr. Dolson has extensive experience in real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and financing of residential, commerical, and industrial properties. A particular focus of the practice is expedited completion of private mortgage financing. Mr. Dolson believes in title insurance as a valuable protection for purchasers and lenders from real estate fraud. Mr. Dolson’s litigation practice is focused in the area of real estate related litigation including mortgage remedies for private investors, and enforcement of agreements of purchase and sale.

Mr. Dolson has also acted regularly on the purchase and sale of a diverse range of businesses from internet service providers to bars and restaurants. In particular, he has completed a number of transactions where real estate based businesses are acquired by way of share-purchase of the corporation holding such assets.
