Camatech Inc. is operating in approx. 17,000 Sq./Ft., fully climate-controlled standalone facility in Acton, Ontario (Canada), housing 22 Precision CNC Machines, which include four 5 Axis Mills, Horizontal / Vertical Machine Centers, and Lathes with live tooling. This is complemented with a first-class inspection department utilizing 2 top of the line Zeiss CMMs. The personnel at Camatech are a qualified and knowledgeable team with extensive expertise in machining valves, regulators and manifolds that serve such industries as Aerospace, Oil and Gas, fire suppression and medical, where for the most part microscopic deburring is required. We also have a number of conventional tool-making machines and a welding department to complement our customers varied requirements.
In addition to our in-house capabilities, we provide sub-contracted services such as electro-plating, painting, specialty coatings, precision honing and heat treatment. All our sub-contractors are qualified and monitored by Camatech Inc. and work to Military and or Aerospace Standards.
